Our story

We once started with a pub in Kortrijk – the Bugattis – a cosy place where we liked having people over.

In 1999, we moved to the south of France and started Le Moulin de Planiol, a chambre d’hôte in Gourdon where we enjoyed welcoming guests to our table d’hôtes for many years.

Still, it kept itching. Two years ago, we found an old farmhouse in Milhac, with a beautiful view of the valley. We turned the tobacco barn into our own home. The old house and stable were converted into a place to host people again. And so Maison Tête de Bois was born: with three guest rooms, an open kitchen, a restaurant with a long table and a domain around it where campers are also welcome.
